The voovox service allows you to send international SMS's in a couple of different ways and at very cheap rates. You can send an SMS from your voovox admin center (web interface) or from your mobile phone using the "light" admin center.
Bulk sending of SMS's can easily be done. Import your contacts, create your SMS, send it out. You can even schedule SMS's to be sent at a future date and time!
